The abstract
The financial and economic estimation of five variants of processing of low-grade bauxite ore with the silicon module 4 … 6 units is executed.
A minimum level of fuel and soda consumption, decrease of steel intensity of the capital equipment, achievement of the low cost price of production and reduction of emissions of carbon dioxide in an atmosphere are achieved by hidrogranat technology of bauxite processing. The efficiency of this technology is shown.
Hidrogranat technology is recommended for use at designing and construction of new alumina plants with use of low-grade bauxite raw material.
