The abstract

Use of three-parametrical Weibull distribution for use is considered with the purpose of forecasting average service life of aluminium electrolytic cells. The settlement formulas for account of predicted service life, Maude and Median of switching-off are given. The good coordination of account and fact results of sheet on an exit cells out of operation is shown. Use of a method of account on the computer program will allow to execute the forecasts on cells service life of various types and updatings, determining the effective decisions in a cells design and technology of their operation, and to calculate the proved volumes of cells overhaul.
