THE ABSTRACT

Thermal fields of anode holders of aluminium cell with prebaked anodes are determined by the method of computer modelling. Accounts Strength characteristics of the vertical and horizontal bimetal plates of anode holders are accounted in various modes of operation of the prebaked anode. Is shown, that the design of anode holders with horizontal bimetal plates has necessary for commercial operation strength property.
