AN ANODE SHELL OF VSS ALUMINIUM POT, including a box with longitudinal and end walls and stiffening elements, wherein the stiffening elements are made in form of load-carrying stiffening framework, located in the upper part of the box and formed by closed load-carrying stiffening box-type frame put on the perimeter of the box and, at least by one transversal load-carrying member, stiffly connected to the load-carrying frame; the height of the load carrying frame making up 0.35-0.6 and width - 0.1-0.3 of the height of box walls.

2. The shell according to claim 1, wherein the transversal load carrying member has a Ï-form.
